1998–2009 had been running an architectural office HŠH architekti, s.r.o. together with partners Petr Hájek and Tomáš Hradečný
2004–2014 Lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University
From 2009 has formed his own architectural office Šépka architekti
From 2014 the head of the atelier A1 at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design
