The attic apartment in a Prague family house was extended with a new room – a bedroom and storage space. The bedroom is completely white, including the built-in furniture. All elements are carved out of a single white block with black features inserted to indicate the option of opening the space. The bedroom is connected to the living room by a newly constructed staircase made of stacked plywood sheets. The staircase is an important feature in this space. It is a piece of furniture or sculpture that proudly presents itself as a dominating feature of the room.
